1. Will I be obligated to purchase a sign by ordering the free software kit?

No, we have found that focusing on meeting the needs of our customers and providing great service creates the basis for a good business relationship. Helping customers become better informed and educated creates a win-win for all involved.


2. What do I do when I have my design completed?

Once your design is complete, call your assigned representative. Based on your ability to transfer files, you will be instructed how to forward the information. We will review the document and provide suggestions to better meet your needs. We will then provide you with a final price quote, including estimated transportation costs to your defined destination.


3. How does your price compare to other companies that sell signs?

We are very competitive, simply because you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer.


4. What is graffiti resistant paint?

We use PPG industrial-grade graffiti resistant paint. The paint is baked on the sign surface at 180 degrees. This process allows graffiti paint to be wiped off even after it has cured on the surface.


5. What kind of wind load do your signs have?

Our signs are designed to meet or exceed a 120 mph wind load.


6. What is the yearly cost for electricity to illuminate the sign?

Most signs will have a sensor installed by their electrician that will provide power to illuminate the sign during the evening hours. This will save energy and extend the life of the lamps in the sign. Using this method most signs can be illuminated for a cost of under $15 per month.


7. What if I have a problem with the sign?

Simple! Call your representative! They will help you troubleshoot an issue you may have and coordinate the needed solution.


8. If a lamp goes out where can I find a replacement?

If a lamp goes out in your sign simply go to a electrical supply or home improvement center, purchase and install the new lamp.


9. How do you assure a quality product
?

We use a combination of quality control and a proven manufacturing processes in our UL labeled product. Our quality control steps include a mil test, paint adhesion test and electrical continuity tests. To assure the best adhesion of the paint we sandblast all steel weldments. It is then primed before the final paint coat to eliminate potential corrosion. All painted surfaces are placed in high temperature baking oven to achieve a hardened, glossy, durable finish.
