When I decided to purchase a new sign for our church in memory of my husband, I drove around taking pictures of some that I liked. You need to know about the wonderful job Buy Direct Signs has done working with me and our church to get a new church sign.
They were were patient, kind, and understanding. They were informative and gave excellent customer service. They called me back and kept me abreast on every aspect of the production, development, packing, and shipping of our sign.
If more service agents worked as hard and diligently with their customers like they did there would be more satisfied people in our world who felt good about what they are doing. Buy DIrect Signs is the epit-ome of “Great Service” and her picture should be by that phrase in the dictionary.
